RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Before returning any item, please email us at sales@worxindustries.co.nz within 3 days of receiving the item, with your invoice number, what you’re returning and if you would like to exchange it.

Worx Industries will not accept the return of goods for credit or any other purpose unless Worx Industries agrees to accept the return of the goods and advise the Customer a return advice number prior to the return of goods. Return of goods will only be accepted for credit within 14 days of delivery, unless due to Worx Industries's error.

 

Worx Industries reserves the right to charge a 15% handling & restocking fee for returned goods, excepting for when there has been an error on Worx Industries's part.

 

No returned goods shall be accepted by Worx Industries (even if Worx Industries agree to do so) if they have been tampered with by you or any other person and are not as new, if they are goods expressly sold on a non-return basis, or if they are not accompanied by the return advice number. Where goods are returned to Worx Industries but not accepted as above, they shall be returned to you at your expense.


All returning shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.  Items are to be returned by tracked and insured postage only.

 

LISTING ERRORS

While we have accurate stock control processes, the item you have ordered may on odd occasions be out of stock.  
We will offer you a refund immediately and offer a replacement on availability. 

Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale items and Promotional offers 

  • Refunds will not be given if the original packaging is not included and returned with your item in good condition.

  • Refunds will not be given if returned items show any signs of use or tamper.

  • Refunds are not given if items are sent without a track and trace number and/or go missing in the post.  Worx Industries will not be responsible for items that are damaged or go missing in the post when sent uninsured.  Insuring an item you are returning is at your charge.
